  TRAVEL WEBSITES WORST FOR ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Travel websites are among the worst for online customer service, according to new research from Transversal. The travel industry came joint worst along with telecoms, insurance, consumer electronics, grocers and utilities in a survey of 10 sectors. Although travel websites have improved their ability to respond to holiday makers` basic questions in the last year, 60% of questions remain unanswered. Travel websites that offer email customer service options took an average of 58 hours to respond, which is only eight hours better than corresponding research carried out in 2006. Transversal monitored 10 leading UK travel companies by phone, web and email as part of its third annual customer service research. "Despite the enormous growth in the online channel, across all sectors, our research shows that consumers are still suffering from substandard online service", said Davin Yap, CEO, Transversal.
  PATA DELEGATION IN BALI

Bali is now becoming one of the most popular beach destination in South East Asia and has more than One Million visitors every years.   AUSSIE SPECIALIST OF THE MONTH
Our Managing Director, Mr Manish Kriplani, has been certified as The Aussie specialist of the month among several Aussie specialist from all India. Mr Manish will be featured in the Travel and Leisure magazine in the December issue and will be inviting questions from guests from all over India , answers to these questions will be featured in the January edition .   KINGFISHER STARTS SERVICES TO LUCKNOW & KHAJURAHO
K i ngf ish e r A i r l i n e s rec e n t l y launched daily flights on the New Del hi J a mm u , N e w D e lh i Lucknow and New Delhi Varanasi Khajuraho routes. The new routes mark the addition of Lucknow and Khajuraho on the airline`s route network. With the launch of these new services, it now operates 218 flights per day and serves 37 destinations.

  SPAIN 'S NIG HTLIF E LIS TED AS BEST IN THE WORLD
Spain has topped the list of countries with best nightlife worldwide, in a study `Country Brand Index 2007` by a global brand consultancy Future Brand. It has also featured on the list of top ten places for fine dining and has stood seventh in the list of top country brands. It has been placed as one of the top three countries that best marketed themselves during the year.

  LEELA G ROUP PLANS CHAIN S OF P IL GRIM MOTELS
The Leela Group is planning to introduce a chain of pilgrim motels in India. Known as `Garden Hotels`, the chain will see properties being set-up at riversides or hilly locations. Work on the first motel under the brand is likely to start soon, which will come up near to Mookambika Temple on the Karnataka Kerala border. All the properties will offer specialized herbal treatments and indigenous medical therapies
